My Nominee
Nominees do not have any access to your account and cannot make any changes to the information that you record. They have ‘read only’ access to the sections you chose which can be different for each of your Nominees and you can change this access at any time.
Nominees should be people whom you can trust to speak on your behalf for a time when you can’t. Your spouse or life partner, close friends, children, parents, family members, friends and professionals like an Executor or a Power of Attorney may be suitable Nominees.

It is always a good idea to talk with someone about their appointment as this could be a difficult conversation and decision for some people.
Process of appointing a Nominee
In your account, you will enter the details of your selected Nominees. TellThem4Me® will send your Nominees an email with a link to accept and activate their account. Like members, Nominees will have a dashboard that they must log in to.
Each Nominee will need to accept or decline your invitation within 14 days of being added to your account. The invitation will be sent to the email address or mailing address that you provide.
If they accept the request, you will be notified, and they will receive an access code. If they decline, you will also be informed. You may then add a new Nominee to your account if you wish to do so.
To add your Nominees, you will need
- Their full name
- Their Address
- Their Mobile or landline phone number
- Their email address
- Their relationship with you
- Any other specific contact details
When the time comes, your Nominee should log in and view your information from the Nominee Dashboard. If they forget their log in details, they can use the ‘Lost Password’ link. They will be sent an email with a prompt to allow them access to predetermined sections of your information.
If at any time, you wish to change your Nominees or edit their access, you can do this through your Dashboard.
