Your ICE Card contains essential information about you. You can record information about 4 emergency contacts, medical conditions, allergies, medications, and any other important notes. In an emergency, first responders can access this information, it could save your life.
Why wait for a life changing event to initiate your conversations and your record keeping? Creating an ICE File is the first step in getting things in order. If you wait you may add unnecessary stress and questions to an already stressful time for your loved ones.
Your ICE File contains valuable information that may be required if you cannot communicate or are struggling to start the conversation with your loved ones.

- Your Will and essential financial information
- Essential Digital Footprint info
- Your Health Care Plan
- Your Wishes
In signing up you will be able to store your free ICE information in your dashboard. It is likely that you may wish to make changes to the information you have provided in the future. You can simply log in, update your information and reprint. This will save you both the time and hassle of re-entering all the information again.
If you decide to become a member, you will gain access to these sections from your dashboard:
- All About Me, My Family, My Story, My Health Care, My Insurance, My Digital Footprint, My Estate, My Wishes and My Nominees
